Delivery options & Shipping costs

We use different shipping couriers.
Shipping fees offered on the fulfilment/ raffle form at that time will vary.
We have also integrated easyship to the store, where they show real time rates.

All shipping prices are calculated based on weight and location.

You are able to view shipping rates at checkout.
Shipping to some rural/remote locations will be much more expensive, but we will not know it until the shipping labels are prepared during the packaging process.
If your address falls under that area, we will contact you and send you an additional invoice regarding the additional shipping fees. (the extra fees will usually be <20USD, depending on your location).
Some addresses that might encounter this are mainly from Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, Dubai, Turkey and Australia (primarily outskirt addresses).

Duties & Taxes

We do not collect taxes & duties.
If you have any concerns, please contact your local postal service for information on receiving international mail.
By law, I have to declare the details and cost of your order on customs forms and are unable to leave that information blank. (Gifts included)
UCHU.CLUB is not responsible for any customs, tariffs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Adding shipping insurance for your order is great for added security to cover your damages if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Can I combine shipping with my friend/ family member?

Yes, you can! Feel free send a contact form or you can reach out to me on InstagramDiscord with your order numbers and I will refund partial shipping fees to you. Fees are subjected.

My parcel got returned

Packages that are refused and returned to us for whatever reasons will not be automatically reshipped, cancelled, or refunded unless requested by the customer.

Group Buy Policy

What is a Group Buy (GB)?

A Group Buy is where you pay to support the creation of a product before the manufacturing/ production process. This means that the manufacturer does not begin production until orders & payments are collected. We will then place a one-time order with the factory. Orders go through the production, quality check and distribution.

For a GB to be successful, the factory requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) to be made. A GB can run with multiple products at the same time and each has its MOQ. If one of the products fails to meet the MOQ, it does not mean that the GB will be cancelled. However, those items that have reached MOQ will be made and those that do not meet MOQ will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for that individual product. 

GB Timeline

  • Interest check - To gather interest from the public about a product. Vendors to organise logistics.
  • Group Buy - A limited time to pre-order the product. E.g. 2-4 weeks.
  • Production - Product gets made. Lead times are not guaranteed and may be subjected to delays. E.g. 6-12months. However, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Stay up to date about the production process on socials. 
  • Fulfilment - Orders are being sent out to customers.

Adding GB items to cart

Please take note to not mix items from different GBs.
If you have GB & in-stock items in your cart, it will only be shipped out when your GB order is ready.

Editing GB order/ Shipping address

Editing of orders can only be done during the GB period. Kindly contact us with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.

Cancellation of GB order

Before group buy ends, a 4% transaction fee will be deducted for local and 8% for international.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

After group buy ends, we are unable to cancel, refund or make any changes.

We do not accept any returns/ exchanges for GB products.

The transfer of group buy order to another person is not allowed. We will ship orders to the customer who purchased them. After you receive the order, you may choose to do anything.

Once the product has been re-sold, we are not responsible for any issues with the product.

I missed the group buy, how can I purchase the item?

Look out for extras after the group buy, extras are available until it runs out of stock.

Pre-order Policy

What is a Pre-order?

Pre-order is a limited allocation of our extras of a group buy(GB). It’s a great way for you to grab a GB item if you have missed the GB period. These items are not in-stock and will ship the same time as group buy fulfilment dates.
Do take note that, if you combine any instock/ pre-order/ group buy items in an order, it will only be shipped out with the item that has the latest fulfilment date in your order.

For international orders, currently accepting payments through debit/ credit card, Gpay, ShopPay, ApplePay.

For Singapore orders, you are able to do a bank transfer for your order, send a contact form or you can reach out to me on InstagramDiscord with your order numbers

Artisan Keycap

I want to buy an Artisan Keycap! How do I do that?

Currently, only making sales by raffle sales and fulfilment sales.

Look out for sales on InstagramDiscord.

What are your artisan keycaps made out of?

They are previously made out of polymer clay and UV resin. I have since transitioned to epoxy resin.

Keycap profiles & stem

A majority of UCHU.CLUB’s keycaps do not have the traditional keycap profiles.
I only make Artisan Keycaps with MX stems.

Serial numbers

There is a unique serial number for each keycap.
If you think that you have received a counterfeit product, do submit an enquiry here to check its authenticity.

Handmade products

All handmade items are art pieces, it may include small inclusions, which are what make each item unique. Do handle them with care. These art pieces are for display purposes only and not meant for children. Actual colours may vary.

Fulfilment Sale Policy

In a fulfilment sale, there is an unlimited quantity of artisan keycaps. These keycaps are mostly made-to-order like a group buy.

Here is how a fulfilment sale works:
An announcement of a fulfilment sale will be on InstagramDiscord.
1. Add product to cart & checkout.
2. One purchase per person. If double orders are found, it will be refunded (without transaction fees)
It is frowned upon to sell your keycap/ slot for profit right after the sale.

Raffle Sale Policy

A majority of enthusiasts in the mechanical keyboard community sells artisan keycaps in a raffle sale. There is a limited quantity in the sale of Raffle products.

Here is how a raffle sale works:
An announcement of a raffle sale will be on InstagramDiscord. You will have to click on the link to the form provided. 
1. Fill in your details.
2. Completing the form guarantees you a chance to win to order the keycap(s) you have selected.
3. One entry per person.
4. Form submissions will go through an RNG and winners will be sent a Shopify invoice.
5. Pay the invoices within the hours stated.
6. All unpaid invoices past the stated time will go through the RNG again to give others another chance.

7. Any invoices not paid within 24 hours will result in a blacklist if there is no valid reason.
It is frowned upon for winners to sell their keycap for profit right after the sale.


We do our best to ship out products that have passed our quality control standards.

The only exception(s):

  • Defective Artisan Keycaps upon recipient’s arrival.
  • Damaged during shipping (please claim from your shipping insurance company).


Colour Disclaimer

Please note actual colours may vary. It’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. 

This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.

We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.

We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
