Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. 

Due to the nature of handmade products, there might be slight colour differences from the pictures you see online, imperfections, variances and other discrepancies.

Suppose you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us here for a refund. It excludes Paypal/ payment gateway fees.

We do our best always to ship out products that have passed our quality control standards.

The only exception(s):

  • Defective Artisan Keycaps upon recipient’s arrival.

  • Damaged during shipping (please claim from your shipping insurance company).



To request for a refund, fill up the contact form with your Paypal invoice number and reason for a refund request. 

Do take note that the transaction fees will not be returned as they are absorbed by Paypal.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you by email.



Sale items are FINAL and cannot be refunded.
